When will I receive my order?
Your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible, within 1 to 2 working days. The delivery time is unknown, but depending on the country you live in, it may be faster or slower.
Are there more than 15 copies for the prints?
The first edition of each print comprises 15 prints per format. If I feel that the print concerned merits a re-edition, this may be possible, but it will be mentioned in the authenticity stamp.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Via the form above, you can contact me so that we can discuss any problems you may have encountered and what can be done to rectify them.
Are the works sent with frames?
No, prints are not sent in frames. However, frames are still readily available for the formats offered (A4, A3 and A2).
What is the One-Off format?
Sizes may vary depending on the One-Off: either A6 (10×15 cm) or A5 (15×21 cm). The exact format is indicated in the product description.
